Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 6 months and counting

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
