Work-from-home support roles hiring this month

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
