Work-from-home support roles hiring this month

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a software tester. I am in Tucson, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
