Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 2 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a paralegal. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
