Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 2 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a call-centre agent. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
