Work-from-home support roles hiring this month

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They use a short typing and listening test.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
