Work-from-home support roles hiring this month

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a payroll clerk. Any experience at all would help. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
