Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 19 weeks in

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
