Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 19 weeks in

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an operations analyst. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?
