Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 18 weeks in

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
