Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 14 months and counting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
