Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 13 weeks in

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 13 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
