Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - 10 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an insurance claims processor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
