Word-of-mouth leads in Raleigh (update)

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. Does anyone have similar leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
