Word-of-mouth leads in Pittsburgh after 5 years as a dental hygienist

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. They like a brief email with a résumé. Does anyone have similar leads?

Visiting in person worked for a trades job. For office jobs, email was better.
