Word-of-mouth leads in Pittsburgh

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. Any experience at all would help. They like a brief email with a résumé. Does anyone have similar leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
