Word-of-mouth leads in Kansas City

A friend who works at a local manufacturer says there are openings not advertised online. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They like a brief email with a résumé.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
