Word-of-mouth leads in Kansas City after 9 years as a copywriter

Aisha Laurent · 2026-07-10T21:00:33.278Z

Two small Kansas City employers told me they are hiring but have not posted yet. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. One is a print shop, one is an accounting firm and one is a clinic. Does anyone have similar leads?

Keep a list of who you contacted and when. It makes follow-ups easy.
