Word-of-mouth leads in Kansas City after 15 years as a bookkeeper

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They prefer people who can start within a couple of weeks. What do you write in a cold email?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
