Word-of-mouth leads in Buffalo - 3 months and counting

I asked around at a community meeting and got three leads. Any experience at all would help. They like a brief email with a résumé. Should I visit in person?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
