Warehouse hiring event in Wichita this week after 9 years as an HR coordinator

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Wichita, with day and night shifts. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
