Warehouse hiring event in Wichita this week

A distribution centre near Wichita is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as a production planner before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
