Warehouse hiring event in Wichita this week

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Wichita, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
