Warehouse hiring event in Tulsa this week - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Tulsa is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
