Warehouse hiring event in Tucson this week - any advice?

A logistics company in Tucson is adding people before the busy season. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
