Warehouse hiring event in Toledo this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Toledo, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 24 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
