Warehouse hiring event in Toledo this week, paralegal here

A logistics company in Toledo is adding people before the busy season. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
