Warehouse hiring event in Tampa this week after 7 years as an administrative assistant

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Tampa, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?
