Warehouse hiring event in St. Louis this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in St. Louis is adding people before the busy season. Thank you in advance. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
