Warehouse hiring event in St. Louis this week (St. Louis)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of St. Louis, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
