Warehouse hiring event in St. Louis this week - first time posting

A distribution centre near St. Louis is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
