Warehouse hiring event in St. Louis this week after 10 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of St. Louis, with day and night shifts. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
