Warehouse hiring event in Seattle this week (Seattle)

A distribution centre near Seattle is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
