Warehouse hiring event in Seattle this week - first time posting

A logistics company in Seattle is adding people before the busy season. I worked as a line cook before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
