Warehouse hiring event in Seattle this week, copywriter here

A logistics company in Seattle is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
