Warehouse hiring event in Seattle this week - any advice?

A distribution centre near Seattle is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
