Warehouse hiring event in Seattle this week - any advice?

A distribution centre near Seattle is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
