Warehouse hiring event in Seattle this week - 4 months and counting

A logistics company in Seattle is adding people before the busy season. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
