Warehouse hiring event in San Diego this week (San Diego)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of San Diego, with day and night shifts. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
