Warehouse hiring event in Salt Lake City this week - any advice?

A distribution centre near Salt Lake City is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
