Warehouse hiring event in Salt Lake City this week - any advice?

A logistics company in Salt Lake City is adding people before the busy season. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
