Warehouse hiring event in Salt Lake City this week after 9 years as a payroll clerk

A logistics company in Salt Lake City is adding people before the busy season. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
