Warehouse hiring event in Salt Lake City this week after 5 years as a school bus driver

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Salt Lake City, with day and night shifts. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
