Warehouse hiring event in Sacramento this week - any advice?

A logistics company in Sacramento is adding people before the busy season. It has been a long 18 weeks. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
