Warehouse hiring event in Sacramento this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Sacramento, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
