Warehouse hiring event in Richmond this week - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Richmond is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
