Warehouse hiring event in Richmond this week - first time posting

A distribution centre near Richmond is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
