Warehouse hiring event in Raleigh this week after 12 years as a security officer

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Raleigh, with day and night shifts. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
