Warehouse hiring event in Providence this week - 8 months and counting

A logistics company in Providence is adding people before the busy season. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
