Warehouse hiring event in Portland this week, event coordinator here

A distribution centre near Portland is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
